After spending five months in Marseille, realizing there were very few public places to sit without purchasing food or a coffee, filmmaker Laura J. Lukitsch was amazed at the number of benches and amount of public seating in Berlin.

This video profiles the benches of Annemirl Bauer Platz, a one block park near Ostkreuz train station. Shot on a Sunday morning in early November, after what appears to have been an active Saturday.
