Im Fr\u00fchjahr besuchte ich wieder den Grunewald, um ein zweites Waldbad zu erleben. Die erste, die ich im Dezember gemacht hatte, als der Nebel den Himmel bedeckte. An diesem Fr\u00fchlingstag Anfang Juni war die Sonne drau\u00dfen und schien durch den Wald, der jetzt voller Bl\u00e4tter ist.<\/p>\n

Ich bin froh, den Wald zu einer Zeit erwischt zu haben, als die Bl\u00e4tter noch frisch und leicht transparent waren. In meinem Waldbad habe ich wieder verschiedene Ansichten gefilmt, jedes Mal stehend und die Aussicht einnehmend, Ger\u00e4usche, Ger\u00fcche und Gef\u00fchle von K\u00e4fern, die auf meinen Armen und Beinen landen, w\u00e4hrend ich stillstand.<\/p>\n

Je mehr ich diese Art des Filmens, der tiefen Beobachtung der Natur mache, desto mehr gewinne ich die Vorteile und beginne, mich in meiner Nicht-Filmzeit zu entspannen. Ich bin gespannt, ob der Wald einen \u00e4hnlichen Effekt erzielen kann.<\/p>\n
